As we enter 2026, the European fiscal landscape is evolving faster than ever. From Italy’s new POS-RT obligations to the widespread adoption of mandatory e-invoicing, businesses face a complex web of regional regulations.

Strategic Acquisitions: InfraSec and Deutsche Fiskal
Section titled “Strategic Acquisitions: InfraSec and Deutsche Fiskal”To accelerate this mission, I am thrilled to share that fiskaly has recently integrated the technologies from our acquisitions of InfraSec in Sweden (late 2025) and Deutsche Fiskal in Germany (early 2025).
These strategic moves bring together the most advanced cloud fiscalization technologies in Europe. By integrating InfraSec’s market-leading Swedish expertise, we are preparing to launch a fully compliant SIGN SE module later this year, bringing our Unified API approach to the Nordic region.
Italy: Beyond SIGN IT with SUBMIT IT
Section titled “Italy: Beyond SIGN IT with SUBMIT IT”2026 marks a significant milestone in Italy with the introduction of the POS-RT obligation. To support our customers through this transition, we’ve launched SUBMIT IT, an API-first solution that automates the mandatory connection between payment terminals and fiscal recording systems.
While the official portal functionalities are expected in March 2026, SUBMIT IT is already helping early adopters ensure their systems are ready for the new year.
Expanding the E-Invoice Footprint
Section titled “Expanding the E-Invoice Footprint”Following our successful launch in France and Spain, we’ve expanded our E-Invoice solution to include Belgium. Our Peppol-ready API now enables seamless invoice exchange for Belgian taxpayers, ensuring compliance with FPS Finance requirements.
