User Management
The user management section in HUB lets you view, invite, and manage users across your organizations. It is accessible from the compact navigation menu under “Users”.
User management at the Account level currently works differently from management at the Group and Unit level. Account-level management includes role assignment and policy-based access control. Group and Unit-level management will be aligned with this approach in a future update.
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | The user who created the Account. Has all Admin rights plus exclusive actions such as requesting LIVE activation and activating fiskaly SAFE. There is exactly one Owner per Account. |
| Admin | Full management rights — manage organizations, invite users, generate API keys, and activate products. Can be assigned when inviting users, with an optional expiry date. |
| Billing | Access to billing, plans, usage, and invoices for the Account. Can be assigned when inviting users, with an optional expiry date. |
| Regular user | Limited rights, can view products and data for organizations they are invited to. This is the default role when no specific role is assigned. |
Viewing users
Section titled “Viewing users”The users table displays all members of the selected organization, showing:
- First name
- Last name
- Role
Inviting users
Section titled “Inviting users”To invite a user, click “Invite User” and enter their email address. You can optionally assign one or more roles (Admin, Billing) during the invitation.
- Existing user: If the email address is already registered in fiskaly, the user is added to your organization immediately.
- New user: If the email address is not yet registered, the new user must complete the registration process within 48 hours.
Only the Account Owner or an Admin can invite users.
Role assignment
Section titled “Role assignment”When inviting users at the Account level, you can assign roles directly:
- Admin — Grants full management permissions for the Account
- Billing — Grants access to billing, plans, usage, and invoices
Each role assignment can include an optional expiry date, after which the assigned permissions are automatically revoked.
Removing users
Section titled “Removing users”The Account Owner or an Admin can remove users from an organization. Removing a user revokes their access to the organization and its associated resources.
The Account Owner cannot be removed. Removing a user from an organization does not delete their fiskaly account.
