The user management section in HUB lets you view and manage users across your organizations. It is accessible from the compact navigation menu under “Users”.
Account-level management includes role assignment and policy-based access control. Group and Unit-level management will be aligned with this approach in a future update.
Inviting a user

If the email address you enter is already stored in our system, the user is only informed that they have been added to your organization. If it is a new user, an account is created, which must be activated by the owner of the email address within 48 hours.
Roles & Role assignment
Section titled “Roles & Role assignment”At the Account level, you can create policies to assign the Admin, User Manager, and Billing roles — multiple roles can be assigned to one user.
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | The user who created the Account. Has all Admin rights plus exclusive actions such as requesting LIVE activation and activating fiskaly SAFE. There is exactly one Owner per Account. |
| Admin | Full management rights — manage organizations, generate API keys, and activate products. Can be assigned with an optional expiry date. |
| User Manager | Manage users and their permissions. Can be assigned with an optional expiry date. |
| Billing | Access to billing, plans, usage, and invoices for the Account. Can be assigned with an optional expiry date. |
| Regular user | Limited rights, can view products and data for organizations they are invited to. This is the default role when no specific role is assigned. |
The Account Owner cannot be removed. Removing a user from an organization does not delete their fiskaly account.
