NaTicket — Introduction
What is NaTicket?
Section titled “What is NaTicket?”NaTicket is the name of the invoice-control and reporting system created by the Hacienda Foral de Navarra. It is designed to ensure the integrity, traceability, and transparency of invoices and receipts issued by businesses and self-employed professionals located in Navarra.
How does it affect POS vendors?
Section titled “How does it affect POS vendors?”Billing software with customers operating from Navarra will need to adapt their systems to be able to:
- Generate traceable invoices/tickets (likely including unique identifiers and QR codes).
- Record and preserve invoice data securely so it cannot be altered.
- Send invoice records to the tax authority in real time.
When was it announced?
Section titled “When was it announced?”The project was officially announced on 3 September 2025 by the Navarra government as part of the Plan de Lucha contra el Fraude 2025–2027 (Anti-Fraud Plan).
Expected Timeline
Section titled “Expected Timeline”Possible progressive implementation starting around 2026–2027, though the final technical regulation and mandatory dates have not yet been officially published.
