What does the state DEFECTIVE of a TSS mean?

Due to a technical issue on a TSS, it might be necessary that fiskaly sets the state of this TSS to DEFECTIVE.

In this rare case, the TSS must be replaced with a new one. Existing clients must be linked to the new TSS again, each with a new client_id.

Triggering and downloading TSS exports (TAR files) is still possible.
