What does the state EVICTED of a TSS mean?

All TSS instances that are in the CREATED state for more than 3 months will be set to the state EVICTED

TSS instances in the state EVICTED cannot be used for processing transactions and their state cannot be further updated. No certificate is available for these TSS instances.

To prevent their transition to EVICTED, it is crucial to change the state of newly created TSS instances from CREATED to UNINITIALIZED and then to INITIALIZED. TSS instances need to be in the INITIALIZED state in order to be able sign transactions. We recommend creating only as many TSS instances as needed for this purpose.
