Why are my filter options ignored in TSS exports?

Please find here the description of the SIGN DE API V2 endpoint triggerExport which you can use to generate TSS exports (.tar exports).

If your filter options are ignored in the export, you should especially check if you actually passed e.g. start_date, end_date, start_transaction_number, end_transaction_number as query parameters (and not as request body) in your request. 

 

Please also note when using filtering on a client (client_id) all other query parameters will be ignored.
