What data is provided in the compliant document response?

When you successfully create a record of type TRANSACTION using SIGN IT lite, the response includes:

• The progressive number (DCW-number), generated by the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) and used to uniquely identify the document.

• The compliance URL that enables the taxpayer to view/download the PDF document they have issued after logging in to the “Fatture e Corrispettivi” portal (Invoices and Receipts).

Note: If the end customer requests a courtesy receipt, it is sufficient to include the progressive number assigned to the document by AdE (compliance.data).  

Why do I get a “401 Unauthorized” Error when clicking the link?

This error occurs because the document is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the taxpayer who generated that specific commercial document.

To open the link successfully, the merchant must first log in to the “Fatture e Corrispettivi” portal using their credentials.
