⚠️ You are viewing documentation for API version 2026-02-03. The latest version is 2026-05-04. The new API version brings no changes to the Italian integration. However, it adds SIGN PT support, enabling teams planning to expand to Portugal to reuse the same integration already in place for Italy.

SIGN IT in its lite version enables the creation of a commercial document and the real-time transmission of data for each individual transaction to the Revenue Agency.

In general terms, the following information is reported in the commercial document:

• the data of the taxpayer carrying out the sale,
• the detailed data of the operation: quantity, description, unit price and applicable VAT rate,
• whether the payment is collected or not at the time of issuance of the document, and
• the payment information.

SIGN IT API allows to generate transaction documents for every B2C sales operation, as well as returns and cancellations of transactions carried out through the API.

💡Tip

SIGN IT API in its lite version requires a stable internet connection, since the commercial document data must be transmitted at the time the sale is completed.
