How can I check the final registration status of the invoice?

When using the createInvoice endpoint, the registration status in the response will always be PENDING.

To confirm whether the invoice was successfully registered, the invoice must be retrieved again via the retrieveInvoice endpoint.

Ideally, the registration status will be REGISTERED, which would indicate that it has been successfully sent and registered with the tax agency without errors.

 

How long to wait before retrieving the invoice

For Verifactu, we recommend waiting approximately 70 seconds before calling the retrieveInvoice endpoint. For TicketBAI, a delay of 1-2 seconds is typically sufficient.
