Czechia reintroduces electronic sales registration with EET 2.0 (Elektronická evidence tržeb, interface v4.1). The first generation was abolished on 2023-01-01 by Act 458/2022 Sb.; the new obligation starts on 2027-01-01 for all taxpayers at once — no phasing, no pilot. There is no certification regime: any compatible solution may be used.

SIGN CZ (Unified API) brings Czech sales registration into the fiskaly Unified API surface, providing the same developer experience as SIGN FR, SIGN IT, SIGN PT, SIGN SE, SIGN ES and SIGN AT. fiskaly handles signing, transmission and confirmation handling, so your POS never touches certificates, SOAP or Czech field names.

RegulationReal-time reporting of reportable sales to the Financial Administration (Finanční správa), governed by the Sales Registration Act. Each sale is confirmed with a POK code.
What it requiresA taxpayer identifier (DIČ), business units declared through DIS+ (each receiving an authority-allocated id_jednotky), a cash certificate issued after the unit declaration, and a till identifier (id_pokl) per register.
What it does NOT requireNo customer receipt obligation. Nothing must be printed or handed over — no QR code, no POK on the receipt, no offline signature codes. Older articles describing receipt codes or a “five-day offline mode” refer to EET 1.0 and do not apply to 2.0.
Integration effortStandard Unified API integration — same resource model as the other SIGN products. CZ-specific payload fields (fiscalization type, labels, payment channel) are the only differences.
API versionUnified API v5 (X-Api-Version: 2026-06-01).

🇨🇿 EET 2.0 compliant

Signs and submits every reportable sale to the Financial Administration and stores the returned POK confirmation on the record.

☁️ Cloud-based

No hardware, no local certificate handling. The cash certificate and WS-Security signing live in the fiskaly cloud.

Same resource model as all fiskaly SIGN products — taxpayers, locations, systems, records.
