Process Overview

SIGN IT in its Lite version enables the creation of a commercial document and the real-time transmission of data for each individual transaction to the Revenue Agency.

In general terms, the following information is reported in the commercial document:

• the data of the taxpayer carrying out the sale,
• the detailed data of the operation: quantity, description, unit price and applicable VAT rate,
• whether the payment is collected or not at the time of issuance of the document, and
• the payment information.

SIGN IT API allows to generate transaction documents for every B2C sales operation, as well as returns and cancellations of transactions carried out through the API.

💡Tip

SIGN IT API in its Lite version requires a stable internet connection, since the commercial document data must be transmitted at the time the sale is completed.
