Proof of Ownership

A Proof of Ownership document is required by the relevant Peppol Authority to verify that the registered legal entity is legitimate. It also confirms legal ownership and accountability of the invoicing setup for the configured E_INVOICE_SERVICE system.

You must upload a Proof of Ownership after creating and commissioning an E_INVOICE_SERVICE system.

Without successful verification, the system remains in DEGRADED mode and cannot transition to OPERATIVE.

Provide a document showing the company’s identifying information, such as:

  • Company name (fiscal name)
  • VAT number (tax ID)
  • Legal address
  1. Create a Record of type INTENTION and operation UPLOAD
  2. Attach the PDF as part of the record creation workflow
  3. Wait for fiskaly verification
  4. Monitor system mode until it changes to OPERATIVE
